The Client Relationship Analyst will have exposure to the firms’ key decision makers and have a broad range of responsibilities playing a critical role in the full client life cycle:
- Partnering with Toronto based Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) on all aspects of their client relationship responsibilities
- Participate in the development and execution of the Client Solutions team’s strategic goals and objectives
- Collaborate on all aspects of client relationship responsibilities from the development of a client’s service plan to its execution
- Collect, evaluate and analyze data related to clients and investment strategies
- Work with the organization’s support teams to improve systems, processes, and communications
